A local conglomerate, doing diversified business in Automobile, Real Estate, Construction, Architectural/Interior Design, etc. They are currently looking for a Sr. Manager/Asst. General Manager for Rancon Real Estate Limited.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Part-qualified CA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Experience & Skills:
- 10 to 15 years of experience (Real Estate industry required).
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, financial regulations, taxation, and internal control.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and ERP data integrity.
