🧩 Job Context
This is a key frontline position, representing Swosti Ltd. to clients and external stakeholders. The role involves close coordination with customers, internal operations, and the software development team to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
📝 Job Responsibilities
- Address customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
- Explain software services and benefits to help clients maximize product usage.
- Demonstrate software products and conduct presentations for new and existing clients.
- Handle customer calls and provide prompt, courteous support.
- Support the software development team by participating in software testing activities.
- Maintain liaison between customers and the operations/software team.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
🎓 Educational Requirements
- Graduation or Master’s degree only in:
- Business
- Commerce
- Marketing
- Finance
- Accounting
- Minimum CGPA 4.00 in both SSC and HSC examinations.
✅ Qualification & Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and convincing skills.
- Strong accounting knowledge (accounting-based software environment).
- Good writing skills in English (preferred).
- Bangla typing skill.
- Must be enthusiastic, proactive, punctual, honest, and hardworking.
